Getting started
Which address do I give the seller?
The Vector warehouse address in China with your customer code — in your account and in the Telegram bot after you sign in. The seller writes the code on every box, so the warehouse recognises your parcel.
When do I pay for delivery?
After delivery, by invoice — once your cargo has arrived in Tashkent.
Can it go straight to a marketplace?
Yes, to Uzum. Upload the label file from your Uzum seller account to the order — the Tashkent warehouse sticks the labels, packs and ships to the Uzum warehouse.
How much does delivery cost?
The price depends on the weight and density of the cargo: the fast line costs more, the slow line less. Rates "from" are on the Rates page, a manager calculates the exact amount.
Buying
Which marketplaces can I order from?
1688, Taobao, Tmall, Pinduoduo, AliExpress and JD. No link? Send a photo and the buyer will look for the same product.
How long until I get options?
Usually within a day after the buyer takes the request. If there are fewer than three suitable options, the buyer explains why.
What currency do I pay for goods in?
The goods invoice is in yuan. You pay in sum at the Central Bank rate fixed at the moment of payment.
Can I order a small batch?
The seller sets the minimum order — it is shown in each option. Need less? Say so in the request and the buyer will take it into account.
Delivery
How long does cargo take from China to Tashkent?

What do I tell the seller?
The Vector warehouse address in China and your client code — both are in your account and in the bot after you sign in. The seller writes the code on every box.
What if only part of the batch arrives?
The warehouse receives what has arrived and waits for the rest. We ship when everything is in, or in parts if you ask.
How do I pick up cargo in Tashkent?
Pay the invoice, book a pickup slot in your account and show the QR code at the warehouse.
Inspection and defects
Does the warehouse open parcels?
Only if your specs say so. By the Vector standard we do not open parcels — we put them into a box as is.
What happens to defective goods?
You choose in the cargo card: return to seller, dispose of them or ship as is. The warehouse carries out the decision and shows proof: a return tracking number or a photo.
Can I change the specs after ordering?
Yes, until the warehouse starts working to those specs. After that — only through your manager.
How many photos does the warehouse send?
Four sides of the parcel on receiving, before and after on packing. All photos are in the cargo card.
Uzum
Where do I get the label file?
In your Uzum seller account. Upload it to the order in Vector — in the specs or in «What else can be changed».
Why a power of attorney?
Vector can ship goods to the Uzum warehouse on your behalf only with a power of attorney. Mark in your account that you gave one and until when it is valid.
When do I pay?
By invoice after the cargo arrives in Tashkent. Until the invoice is paid, pickup and shipping are on hold.
