Product inspection and packing in China
The Yiwu warehouse weighs every parcel and photographs it from four sides. If there is a defect or a shortage, we send photos and ask what to do. We pack the way you wrote in your specs.

How it works
- 01
Receiving
Weight, four photos of the parcel, matching against the tracking number and client code.
- 02
Inspection
If your specs say to open the parcel, we open it, count the items and look for defects. Without specs — the Vector standard: into a box, unopened.
- 03
Defect decision
If there is a defect, you get photos in the cargo card and a «Decide» button: return to seller, dispose of it or ship as is.
- 04
Packing
A box, a crate, film, handling marks — as written in your specs. Photos before and after packing.
- 05
Label
Every box gets a label with its code, so the cargo is visible at every warehouse.
What you get
Specs as text
An order has a «Specs for the warehouse» switch and a text field. Handling marks — in one tap.
Photos in your account
All warehouse photos are in the cargo card: on receiving, before and after packing.
You decide
The warehouse does nothing with defective goods without your decision.
No specs — the standard
No specs? We pack to the Vector standard: into a box, unopened.
Packing at the services rate.
Packing to your specs is a separate line in the delivery invoice. The invoice comes after the cargo arrives in Tashkent.

Does the warehouse open parcels?
Only if your specs say so. By the Vector standard we do not open parcels — we put them into a box as is.
What happens to defective goods?
You choose in the cargo card: return to seller, dispose of them or ship as is. The warehouse carries out the decision and shows proof: a return tracking number or a photo.
Can I change the specs after ordering?
Yes, until the warehouse starts working to those specs. After that — only through your manager.
How many photos does the warehouse send?
Four sides of the parcel on receiving, before and after on packing. All photos are in the cargo card.
