Buying goods in China
Send a link, a photo or a list — a Vector buyer finds the product on 1688, Taobao or Pinduoduo, sends up to three options with prices and buys the one you choose. Then our warehouse in China inspects it and we deliver it to Tashkent.
How it works

Request
A product link, a photo or a list with quantities — in the bot, the Mini App or on the website. Add your wishes on colour, size and packing right away.

Options
The buyer checks several sellers and sends up to three options: photos, unit price, minimum order and lead time. The best one is marked.
- 03
Paying for goods
An option's price covers everything up to our warehouse in China: goods, domestic shipping and the Vector fee. The invoice is in yuan; you pay in sum at the Central Bank rate.
- 04
Purchase
Once paid, the buyer purchases the goods and follows the shipment. The tracking number to our warehouse appears in your account by itself.
- 05
Warehouse and delivery
The Yiwu warehouse receives the parcel, takes photos, checks quantity and defects, packs it to your specs and sends it to Tashkent.
What you get
Price to the warehouse
Domestic shipping in China and the fee are already in the option price: nothing extra up to our warehouse.
Chinese translation
The buyer translates your wishes into Chinese and checks the translation before sending it to the seller.
Your money is safe
If the purchase fails, what you paid for the goods goes back to your account balance.

Goods at the option price.
Vector charges a fee on the goods value — it is already in every option's price. Delivery from China is paid separately, after the cargo arrives in Tashkent.

Which marketplaces can I order from?
1688, Taobao, Tmall, Pinduoduo, AliExpress and JD. No link? Send a photo and the buyer will look for the same product.
How long until I get options?
Usually within a day after the buyer takes the request. If there are fewer than three suitable options, the buyer explains why.
What currency do I pay for goods in?
The goods invoice is in yuan. You pay in sum at the Central Bank rate fixed at the moment of payment.
Can I order a small batch?
The seller sets the minimum order — it is shown in each option. Need less? Say so in the request and the buyer will take it into account.
